Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why must I create an account to place an order on

A: By having an account it will greatly improve our service to you.  Having an account will allow you to manage your orders more efficiently.  Once you log in you can easily access information regarding your purchase, such as the "Status" of your order, locate shipping and ETA information, and your past history.  By Creating an Account you will also have access to managing your mailing information, FFL information, "Wish List" items, and your shopping cart.  This also helps us manage your order for any questions you may encounter about your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Shipping estimates fluctuate depending on the item ordered.  Handguns are shipped 2-Day Air, and Long Guns are shipped ground. Other factors include the availability and accessibility of the item ordered.  Please wait 2-5 days before a tracking number is provided. We assure you we are working as fast as possible.

Q: What are your hours of operations?

A: We are open from 9am to 5pm (MST) Monday-Friday, and 9am to 4pm On Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays.  If you are located in Colorado you must schedule an appointment for pick up.

Q: How old must I be to purchase a Firearm?

A: You must be 18 years of age to purchase a Rifle or Shotgun and 21 years of age for a Handgun.  Please check with your local and state laws.

Q: Do you except trades on Firearms?

A: At this time we are not excepting trades.  This may change in the near future.

Q: Can I add to an order that has already been submitted?

A: No, logistically we simply are not set up to make any alterations to orders.  Any changes in your order would require us to change packing materials and shipping labels.  This would be time consuming on our part and slow down the process, making our service to you and others slower.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Not at this time.  There are so many laws already in our own country and even more so abroad.

Q: How do I purchase a firearm online?

A: Making a Firearm purchase on line is very simple.  Once you browse our website and find the Firearm you desire simply add it to your cart.  You will then be given an option to search for an FFL (Federal Firearm License) Dealer in your area.  If the FFL you desire is not on the list you also have the option of adding your own.  The FFL Dealer you choose will then have to Fax (720-638-7478) or email ( a copy of their license to us, (if it is not in our files).  Once we receive your Dealers information we will ship your items to their location.  Next, in order to collect your Firearm you will need to locate your FFL Dealers address and complete a form, then a background check will be administer by your FFL.  Once approved a Transfer Fee of $25 to $40 will be collected and you are on your way with your new Firearm.  Also see our "HOW TO ORDER" page.

Q: Can Firearms be mailed to my residence?

A: No. By law we can only mail Firearms to current Federally Licensed Dealers (FFL).

Q: Is it legal to purchase and own suppressors?

A: Yes,  It is legal depending on what state you reside in.  Check with your local and State laws before you make a purchase.  For a detailed walk through on how to purchase a suppressor see our "HOW TO ORDER" page.

Q: What are "Class 3" or "NFA" items?

A: Simply put, "Class 3" and "NFA" (National Firearms Act) items are products that require additional paperwork and a $200 Tax must be payed.  This includes but is not limited to, SBR's (Short Barrel Rifles), Suppressors/Silencers and other specific items.  See our "HOW TO ORDER" page for a detailed walkthrough of this process.

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?

A: If you live in the state of Colorado you will have to pay the 8%.  There will be no taxes for any of the 49 remaining states.

Q: Do you ship to California and New York?

A: Yes, as long as the item is legal in your area.  If an Item is ordered, and is found non-compliant with your state, a $30 re-stocking fee will be administered.  If you live in one of these States we highly suggest you do your research.

Q: Do you except checks?

A: Outside of Colorado we do not except checks.  This will likely change soon.

Q: How can I return a defective Firearm?

A: will replace or refund any defective Firearm prior to transfer.  Once the Item has been transferred the transaction is complete and the item is now considered to be used and can not be returned to us.  In this event you will need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturers warranty/policies).    We recommend that you diligently inspect your firearm before transfer.  Any defective accessories will also be refunded up to 10 days after the original purchase date.
